Ready to join the Marie-Louise adventure near Toulouse?

“The professions of care and support for fragile people, disabled people, the elderly, children in difficulty, protected adults… are undergoing an unprecedented crisis”, explains Alexandre Maltese, HRD of the Marie-Louise Foundation. “Our latest national NEXEM barometer reports a potential of 30,000 vacancies, which means a deterioration in support for residents received and dissatisfied families. At Marie-Louise, this represents more than 20 vacant positions, and around ten additional positions to be filled by the end of the year. Caregiver, nurse, educational and social support worker, cook, internal service agent… each of them is essential in supporting the residents welcomed in our establishments. We are at a crossroads, so time is running out. »
