St. Saviour. “Les Gal’Abrials”: a new adventure begins

On March 27, the Gal’Abrials will give Labastide-Saint-Sernin their last performance of “Des gommages corpoires”. This comedy has had as many successes as it has vicissitudes, the latter linked to the pandemic, with numerous cancellations and the troupe being put on hold for a time… The resilience of the group and the feelings of friendship that bind all those who contribute to its functioning have made it possible to overcome this pitfall and to relaunch in a new adventure.

Thus, a new comedy is under consideration. The sets are drawn, the roles distributed and the rehearsals have begun. The title: “Call him Max!”, a comedy by Michel Verdot that the author will stage. Of course, there is no question of revealing the plot, but if the theme is at the very least unexpected and surprising, that lovers of jokes, misunderstandings and incredible situations can be reassured, this comedy will owe nothing to its predecessors. The premiere of “Call him Max!” will be given in Saint-Sauveur at the end of the year before exporting it to all the stages that will want to welcome it and on which the troupe will always have great pleasure in performing.
