Sud-Aveyron: the 360° adventure festival sublimates the departments of Occitania in photos

Twenty photographers, more or less amateurs, take part in a photo contest exhibited for a month at the Maison de ma Région.

“This exhibition was born from the observation that we live in a magnificent territory where there are all the spots necessary to live an adventure, says Bernard Balagué, one of the organizers of the 360° adventure film festival. there is no need to go to Patagonia or Greenland to live strong experiences.”

The team therefore launched a call for amateur photographers who would like to participate. “We have selected twenty, trying to represent all the territories of Occitania but of course taking into account the quality of the photo and its relationship with the adventure.”

If all the departments, or almost, are in photo, the South-Aveyron occupies a large place. The Boffi, the Viaduct, the Hospitalet-du-Larzac, La Couvertoirade or even the Jonte gorges, are sublimated through the lens of these photographers.

The festival jury will decide during the weekend, the favorite photo and the winner will win a weekend in a van offered by Trip-Où. “We hope that she or he will choose to spend their stay in Occitania.”

The exhibition is to be seen from today and will stay for a month at the Maison de ma Région. Still today, in the same place, a remote bookstore, thanks to Caumes des livres, will be present and Catherine Destivelle will be there to sign her books.
