The 2022 edition of Opal Coast Festival (FCO) will once again bring together renowned artists, national discoveries and regional talents of all generations.
The concerts will be spread over the stages of Desvres, Condette, Le Portel, Neufchâtel-Hardelot, Outreau and the site of the spur in Boulogne sur mer. No less than 15 singers will come to the stages of Boulogne, between 13 and next July 24.
A prestigious poster that will intersect generations, singers and singers on stage.
Julien Dore will be the headliner this July 16 in Boulogne-sur-Mer, with its “Aimée” event tour.
Already came in 2018, we were there! Toulouse rappers Bigflo and Oli will be on the quays of Boulogne-sur-Mer July 17 at 6 p.m., for a “big party” announces the organization of the festival!
This 2022 edition will also be an opportunity to highlight the revelation of music victories with the Stephanois duo Terrenoire July 23.
“The idea of the Côte d’Opale festival is to reach all audiences, all generations, to be able to come with the family. Concerts for young people, for the not so young. A real festival for all” underlines Lisa Torres, the Festival’s programmer.
On the organizational side, no more gauge is introduced this year. “Nearly 6,000 spectators will be able to come to the Eperon site in Boulogne-sur-Mer. A much more festival atmosphere than last year“.
Note the rising figures of the song who will perform in Desvres, Neufchâtel-Hardelot, Outreau and Condette such as Émily Loizeau, Ninon, Didier Wampas, the trio La Bête or the Boulonnais Sam Sauvage programmed at the Hôtel du Parc in Hardelot on 20 July.
All reservations are now open on the site Opal Coast Festival or at your usual points of sale.
French song, pop, rock, is also featured at the Malo-les-Bains festival, organized by the Nuits Secrètes team: The Good Adventure. A 2022 edition on June 25 and 26 and which offers almost completely free programming.
Rmeet on the beach for two days of celebration with a musical stage, an open-air dance floor and a Festival village during the day. A large stage on the forecourt of the Casino will accommodate up to 15,000 spectators.
Among the headliners, Clara Luciani, Gaël Fay, Lily Wood & The Prick as well as Belgian rapper Roméo Elvis. A succession of free concerts, from noon to midnight “It is a real pride. Clara Luciani was already due to come in 2020, but the Covid did not allow this project to be maintained” recalls Olivier Connan, organizer of the festival. “This weekend will be like a taste of vacation. We will find all the pleasure of sharing moments on the beach and the seafront!” he specifies.
Music and concerts will therefore be on the agenda for this 5th edition, as will the Arts of the Beach, with a myriad of artistic installations along the sea wall as well as sound and musical wanderings. Without forgetting the hallmark of the Nuits Secrètes, the fabulous “secret routes” which take spectators by bus, on foot or by bike, to surprise concerts.
