“I want to take my audience on a real adventure”

The opinion of David Guetta always counts. On his Instagram account, the current number 1 of the Top 100 DJs Mag spoke about the future of electro music: “I see something really, really interesting happening. During my time at Miami Music Week 2022, I loved going to underground stages, even if it’s not the kind of music I would do. There was Tale Of Us who played sounds not so far from Future Rave, or even Vintage Culture and Meduza who did more house stuff. It feels like a kind of very underground movement, but one that has the potential to really explode and potentially become very popular.”

For his part, Guetta continues to pursue his career by having fun and renewing himself: “I’m tired of making popular sound. I want to take my audience on a real adventuresomething more hypnotizing, more melodic because I deeply love music. I really think we’re at a point of change in dance music. It’s necessary.”

And, good news, David Guetta will unveil a new track this Friday, April 8, titled Crazy What Love Can Do with two singers, Becky Hill and Ella Henderson. In the meantime, you can relive our French DJ’s entire mix that he offered at Ultra Miami 2022.
